Do The Hustle

It’s not uncommon to have a conversation with someone and learn that, in addition to the paycheck job, they’ve got something else going on the side that either adds to their income or their peace of mind.  Known as a side hustle, these ventures can easily overtake the normal day-to-day (and please….if anyone can properly define what now passes for “normal”, I’d love to hear about it) and become either their sole talking point or, hopefully, their main gig.

I’ve subscribed to an online newsletter entitled “The Hustle” for several years.  They recently hit one million subscribers who want a fresh and often irrelevant look at business, culture, tech, and other topics which I find of interest.  They recently posted an article about people and their side-hustles which I found interesting enough to share with you.  As it turns out, some of these gigs can be quite lucrative!  Take a read and let me know what you think.

Is this a shameless plug for The Hustle and, if so, what’s in it for me?  The answers: maybe slightly, and cool stuff.  While I have zero vested interest in this newsletter, I can earn some really incredible promotional products with every subscriber who uses my link.  To date, I have had enough of you sign up to nearly earn the laptop stickers.  I’ve got my eyes on the socks…c’mon people…make an effort!
